• How to claim: email info@buffalotransfers.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos or video of the issue and, for shipping damage, photos of the packaging.
• What we print: your file exactly as uploaded. Please check size, spelling, transparency and resolution before ordering; artwork mistakes are not covered.
• Color: slight screen-to-print variation is normal in printing and is not a defect.

• Standard fabrics: 275°F, firm pressure (60–80 PSI), 8–10 seconds.
• Heat-sensitive fabrics: 220–240°F, firm pressure (60–80 PSI), 15 seconds.
• Peel: hot peel. Remove the film while it is still warm.
• Pressure matters: firm, even contact across the whole design.

Heat presses vary. Run a small test on a spare garment before a full run. Download the PDF settings guide.

• Production: typical production time for DTF transfers is 1–3 business days; most orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped right away, while larger runs may take 2–3 business days. Rush options are available when you need transfers urgently.
• Delivery: 1–3 business days within the US after shipment via UPS, FedEx or USPS. International orders 2–10 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
• Rates: calculated at checkout by method, destination and package. Free express shipping on orders of $99 or more.
• Cancellations: only before an order enters production. Contact us right away if you need to change an address or file.
• Returns: transfers are made to order, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders reported within 48 hours of delivery are reprinted, credited or refunded.

• File type: PNG with a transparent background gives the sharpest edges and cleanest print. PDF and TIFF are also accepted.
• Resolution: 300 DPI at the size you order. Avoid blurry, pixelated or upscaled files.
• Clean artwork: remove unwanted backgrounds and semi-transparent or missing elements. Thin lines and very small details may not print as expected.
• Check before you order: size, spelling and colors. We print files exactly as uploaded unless an artwork service has been requested and confirmed.

• Priced by print area: width × height × price per square inch, as low as $0.02 per square inch. For example, 2" × 2" is $0.08, 10" × 10" is $2.00 and 14" × 14" is $3.92.
