BUFFALO TRANSFERS provides custom printed DTF transfers, gang sheets, UV transfers, and related printing products and services.

Because most products are custom printed, each order is produced based on the artwork, sizing, quantity, and specifications provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or discontinue any product or service at any time, at our sole discretion.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming that all uploaded files, artwork, sizes, quantities, shipping details, and order information are accurate before submitting an order.

BUFFALO TRANSFERS prints files as they are uploaded and submitted by the customer. We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect file dimensions or sizing
  • Low-resolution or pixelated artwork
  • Transparent, semi-transparent, or missing design elements
  • Unwanted backgrounds
  • Spelling, grammar, or design mistakes
  • Incorrect color selections or color profiles
  • Thin lines, small details, or artwork effects that may not print as expected

Please review your files carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order enters production, changes may not be possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, service, pricing, promotion, or discount at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be verified, if fraud is suspected, or if pricing or product information was listed incorrectly due to an error.

5. Production and Processing

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.

Because our products are custom printed, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be available once production has started.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product type, artwork quality, production capacity, holidays, or other operational factors.

While we make every effort to process orders quickly, production and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, service selected, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

BUFFALO TRANSFERS is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or transit delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, most items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect, printing error, or fulfillment mistake caused by BUFFALO TRANSFERS.

Customer-submitted artwork issues, incorrect sizing, spelling errors, color expectations, or order mistakes made by the customer do not qualify for refunds, returns, or free reprints.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use, reproduce, print, and distribute any artwork, logos, trademarks, text, or designs submitted to BUFFALO TRANSFERS.

By uploading artwork or submitting a design, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the artwork or design; or
  • You have obtained permission from the copyright, trademark, or rights owner to reproduce it.

BUFFALO TRANSFERS is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property violations related to customer-submitted artwork.

You agree to indemnify and hold BUFFALO TRANSFERS harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from artwork or designs you submit for printing.

9. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing artwork or content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be illegal, hateful, abusive, threatening, infringing, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

We may also refuse orders that appear to violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUFFALO TRANSFERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, production delays, missed deadlines, or other indirect damages related to the use or inability to use our products.

11. Accuracy of Website Information

We make every effort to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and website information accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or modify content at any time without prior notice.
