BUFFALO TRANSFERS prints files exactly as they are uploaded, and we are not responsible for errors such as:

  • Incorrect file sizes

  • Low resolution artwork

  • Transparent or missing backgrounds

  • Spelling errors in designs

  • Incorrect color selections

Please review your files carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins.

5. Production and Processing

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed.

Because most orders involve custom printing, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Production times may vary depending on order volume, product type, and production capacity.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

BUFFALO TRANSFERS is not responsible for delays caused by:

Due to the custom nature of our products, most items are non-refundable unless there is a verified printing defect or production error caused by BUFFALO TRANSFERS.
