At SHARK DTF, we are committed to producing and delivering high-quality transfers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping policy to understand our production and delivery process.
Order Processing Time
All SHARK DTF products are custom printed to order. Production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Typical production times:

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets: 1–3 business days

UV DTF Transfers: 2–4 business days

Large or bulk orders: May require additional production time
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that selecting Print Now / Priority Production may speed up the production process.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates:

United States: 1-3 business days

International orders: 2-10 business days
These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the carrier.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
SHARK DTF is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SHARK DTF is not responsible for delays caused by:

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged packaging and products.
We will review the situation and determine the best resolution.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by SHARK DTF.
