Return & Refund Policy

BUFFALO TRANSFERS

At BUFFALO TRANSFERS, every order is produced specifically for our customers using custom printing processes. Because our products are made to order, we maintain the following return and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality for all customers.


Custom Printed Products

All DTF transfers, gang sheets, UV transfers, and custom printed products are made specifically based on the artwork and sizes provided by the customer.

Because of this, custom printed products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by BUFFALO TRANSFERS.

We strongly recommend reviewing your files carefully before submitting your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free reprint of the affected items

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (if applicable)


File or Artwork Issues

BUFFALO TRANSFERS prints the files exactly as they are uploaded by the customer.

We are not responsible for issues related to:

  • Low resolution files

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Transparent or missing backgrounds

  • Spelling errors in artwork

  • Color differences caused by screen settings

Please ensure your artwork meets our recommended file guidelines before submitting your order.


Color Variations

Due to differences between screen displays and printed materials, slight color variations may occur. This is normal in the printing industry and does not qualify for refunds or returns.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter production.

Once an order has started production, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the printing process begins immediately.


Shipping Issues

BUFFALO TRANSFERS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
